History of MP Technologies
In 1973 Larry Pribyl started the M & P Construction Company as a non-union company. As changes occurred in business transactions in 1986, Larry started a union company named Muller & Pribyl Utilities, Inc. to stay in compliance of the needs of his customers. In 1999 it was sold to Venture Capitalists.
On August 16, 2004 Muller & Pribyl Utilities, Inc. and George M. Construction were purchased by Karen and Pam Pribyl and renamed MP Technologies, LLC. Jackie Burke, Regional Vice President, Andrew Faterkowski, Electrical Operations Manager Texas Division, and Eric Chlan, Electrical Operations Manager Northern Division, operate the union company. There are offices in Minnesota and Texas.
