Management Team
MP Technologies has assembled a team of highly skilled and experienced staff to work with our customers. With more than 100 years of combined industry experience, the MP Technologies management team brings longevity, skill and technical expertise unparallel in the industry.
Jackie Burke – Regional Vice President
Jackie has been a committed employee for more than 21 years. He oversees all operations for MP Technologies in Texas and surrounding states. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Jackie is well versed in all aspects of overhead electrical distribution and maintenance systems, street light underground and overhead systems, and storm and emergency response services.
He acquired 3 ½ years in the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program (JATC), is a member of the IBEW Union Local 66 and former executive board member of Local 66
Douglas C. Rooks – General Foreman / Overhead Distribution
Doug has been an employee of MP Technologies for 20 years and oversees all aspects of overhead electrical distribution and maintenance systems, street light underground and overhead systems, and storm and emergency response services. Doug has served in the electrical industry for over 33 years.
He completed two years at the University of Houston, has a Journeyman Lineman ticket (IBEW) and is an active member of the IBEW Local 66 Examining Board.
Andrew Faterkowski – General Foreman / Street Lightening
Andrew has been an employee for over 14 years. His areas of expertise include street light installation and maintenance as well as electrical distribution installation and maintenance. More notably, Andrew successfully led the uptown and midtown lighting projects and the Reliant stadium lighting project. Andrew has served in teh electrical industry for over 15 years.
He completed 2 years at Sam Houston State University. He is a graduate of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program (JATC) and the City of Houston Electrician Program.
Joe Wiggins – General Foreman / Underground Rehab & Restoration
Joe has been an employee for over 11 years. Joe has over 40 years experience in underground and overhead distribution and maintenance as well as underground street lite work. He has 30 years experience in supervising and running overhead, underground, and street lite crews, with 20 of those years as a general foreman.
Northern Division
Eric A. Chlan – Electrical Operations Manager
Eric has been an employee of MP Technologies since 2008. He oversees all operations for MP Technologies in Minnesota and Surrounding states. A second generation electrician Eric has held his Master’s License since 2000 and Journeyman’s license since 1998. Eric is well experienced in many areas of electrical construction and maintenance, including underground, services, wind generators, medium voltage cable, estimating, and project supervision.
He is licensed in 12 states, a graduate of Dunwoody Institute, and a member of IBEW Local 29
