Jackie Burke – Regional Vice President

Jackie has been a committed employee for more than 16 years. He oversees all operations for MP Technologies in Texas and surrounding states. With more than 33 years of experience in the industry, Jackie is well versed in all aspects of overhead electrical distribution and maintenance systems, street light underground and overhead systems, and storm and emergency response services.

He acquired 3 ½ years in the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program (JATP), is a member of the IBEW Union Local 66 and former executive board member of Local 66

Todd Wolff – Technology Manager

Technology Division Manager - Mr. Wolff has 20 years experience in the Telephony Industry. He has worked on virtually every aspect possible, from construction, splicing, maintenance and engineering. He has a broad range of experience throughout his career and is looking forward to serving you in the future.

Douglas C. Rooks – General Foreman / Overhead Distribution

Doug has been an employee of MP Technologies for 15 years and oversees all aspects of overhead electrical distribution and maintenance systems, street light underground and overhead systems, and storm and emergency response services. Doug has served in the electrical industry for over 30 years.

He completed two years at the University of Houston, has a Journeyman Lineman ticket (IBEW) and is an active member of the IBEW Local 66 Examining Board.

Andrew Faterkowski – General Foreman / Street Lightening

Andrew has been an employee for over 9 years. His areas of expertise include street light installation and maintenance as well as electrical distribution installation and maintenance. More notably, Andrew successfully led the uptown and midtown lighting projects and the Reliant stadium lighting project.

He completed 2 years at Sam Houston State University. He is a graduate of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program (JATP) and the City of Houston Electrician Program.

Joe Wiggins – General Foreman / Underground Rehab & Restoration
Joe has over 35 years experience in underground and overhead distribution and maintenance as well as underground street lite work. He has 30 years experience in supervising and running overhead, underground, and street lite crews, with 20 of those years as a general foreman.

Rick Berg – Project Superintendent

Rick has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry where he’s developed customer relationships with utility companies, city, county and state representatives. For over 15 years, Rick has supervised installations, construction, maintenance and engineering services. His expertise includes CATV design, engineering, activation, engineering, splicing, testing, CAT 6, fiber design, auto CAD, and installation and restoration of telecommunications systems.

Rick is an active member of the Minneapolis Fiber Resource Group and served as an industry representative on a regional utility committee to set joint trench standards.
