Tim Wolff

Regional Vice President - Northern Division

Tim has been employed with MP since 1993, starting as a laborer working his way up to Regional Vice President of MP Technologies Northern Division. In his many years with MP, Tim has worked in multiple markets within the industry, including: communications, power, wind, solar, and gas. While working in these markets, he has managed hundreds employees in installation, operations, maintenance and repair of overhead and underground electrical power lines and telephone communications. Tim also manages daily operations of his employees and projects. These include, but aren’t limited to; preparation, approval and review of annual contracts and bid jobs, purchasing and replacement of equipment, tools, and other inventory, and successful management and completion of large projects.

Andrew Faterkowski

Regional Vice President - Southern Division

Andrew started in 1999 as an apprentice and worked up through all the ranks, to a General Foreman managing 16 street light crews, working his way up to Regional Vice President of our Southern Division in 2013 to current. Now managing over 400 employees in installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electrical power lines and telephone communications. Andrew oversees all of the daily operations at the Texas office, which include but are not limited to preparation, approval, and review of annual contracts and bid jobs, development of budget & monitoring expenditures, purchasing and replacement of equipment, and other inventory.

Tracy Lipinski

Safety Director

Tracy has been employed with MP since the beginning of 2011. She came to us with extensive knowledge of the safety industry from her 11 years working in the water and climate control industry. She has worked with MP personnel to maintain safety certifications and driving requirements through our Human Resources department. She was tasked with maintaining records for the safety exposure of the company. Tracy also oversaw our claims mitigation services to assure all aspects are completed and incorporated into future safety procedures. This experience has given Tracy the knowledge and agility to excel as the Safety Director for MP, the duties she has officially accepted beginning early 2015.
